Our Journey — 2014 to 2026

FindUrColleges was born inside the parent organisation FindUrCollege.com, founded in Pune in 2014. The original FindUrCollege practice covered multiple disciplines — B.Tech, MBA, Law, Design, and Allied Health. As the medical admissions vertical grew — particularly the deemed-university Management Quota, Paid Seat and NRI Quota counselling segments — we recognised that medical families needed a dedicated specialist rather than a generalist desk. FindUrColleges launched as the medical specialist division to focus exclusively on MBBS, MD/MS, and Super-Speciality direct admissions across NMC-recognised deemed universities and state private medical colleges.

• 2014 — FindUrCollege.com founded in Pune. Initial focus on engineering and management admissions counselling.
• 2017 — Medical admissions desk launched. First deemed-university Management Quota placements in Karnataka.
• 2019 — NRI Quota advisory practice formalised. First UAE sponsor-documentation engagements.

How a Typical Engagement Works

Most families approach us between NEET result declaration and the start of MCC deemed counselling Round 1. Our standard engagement flows through five phases:

1. Free initial consultation — 15 to 30 minute call to understand your NEET score, family budget ceiling, geographic preference, post-MBBS career direction, and any quota eligibility (general, management, NRI, minority).
2. Personalised seat probability report — within 48 hours we send a written report mapping your NEET percentile against the previous year’s closing ranks at each deemed university for your applicable quotas. Realistic, ambitious, and safe options are clearly labelled.
3. Document preparation — we issue a personalised document checklist with templates for affidavits, sponsor undertakings (NRI), and category certificates. We don’t handle originals; you do — we verify, we don’t hold.
4. Registration & choice filling — we register you on the MCC portal, institutional portals, and any state counselling that applies. Choice-filling is jointly done on a screen-share call with you and the candidate.
5. Allotment, reporting & payment — once a seat is allotted at a college you have approved, we coordinate reporting, fee payment via official banking channels (never cash), and document submission. Our counselling fee is invoiced only after this step.

Our Ethical Framework

We operate on three non-negotiable rules: (1) No capitation — every rupee paid to a college flows through that college’s official banking channel against an institutional receipt. We never accept cash “facilitation” or off-portal payment requests on behalf of any institution. (2) No false promises — we don’t guarantee admission at colleges where the candidate’s NEET percentile doesn’t meet historical cutoff thresholds. (3) No commission conflicts — we are paid by the family that engaged us, not by colleges. Our recommendations follow the candidate’s interest, not the institution’s commission rate. Families verify this independently by cross-checking our college recommendations against MCC published cutoff history.
