What are your working hours?
9 AM to 9 PM IST, Monday through Saturday. WhatsApp messages received outside these hours are responded to within 2 hours of the next working window. During active MCC counselling periods (May to October), our team operates extended hours including Sundays.
How quickly will you respond after I submit the form?
Within 2 hours during working hours (9 AM to 9 PM IST). A real counsellor — not an auto-responder — will call or WhatsApp you back. If you submit overnight, expect a response the next morning by 11 AM IST.
Do I need to visit the Pune office in person?
No, in-person visits are optional. Most of our 5,000+ counselled families have completed the entire engagement remotely — over phone, WhatsApp, and screen-share calls. We do welcome families who prefer to visit our Baner, Pune office, with prior appointment.
Which languages does your counselling team speak?
English and Hindi are supported across the full team. Marathi is supported at our Pune office. For other regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati), please specify in your enquiry form and we will assign a counsellor who speaks your preferred language.
Can I get free counselling without committing to your services?
Yes. The first 15-minute consultation is genuinely free with no obligation. We share an honest assessment of your NEET score, eligible quota options, and a realistic college shortlist. You decide whether to engage us for the full MCC counselling support afterwards. There is no pressure, no upfront fee, and no commitment from your side during the first call.
Do you serve NRI families based outside India?
Yes. We have a dedicated NRI advisory desk and counselled families across UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. Calls happen over Zoom or WhatsApp video at a time convenient to your timezone. Sponsor documentation is handled fully remote — you do not need to fly to India for MCC paperwork.
