1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing findurcolleges.com (the "Site") and our MBBS / MD-MS admission counselling services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These Terms apply to students, parents and any visitor.

2. Nature of Services

FindUrColleges is an independent admissions counselling platform — the medical specialist division of FindUrCollege.com. We provide guidance on college shortlisting, eligibility evaluation, application support, and Management / NRI / Paid Seat availability at NMC-recognised deemed universities. We are not affiliated with any university, the NMC, MCC, KEA, COMEDK or any government body. All admissions are subject to the rules, eligibility and seat availability of the respective institutions and counselling authorities.

3. Pay-After-Admission Model

Counselling, college shortlisting and admission guidance are provided free of charge until your admission is confirmed at a participating college. Any service fee is payable only after your admission letter is issued and accepted by you, and is communicated transparently in writing beforehand.

4. No Guarantee of Admission

FindUrColleges does not guarantee admission to any specific college, programme or quota. Outcomes depend on your NEET score, eligibility, seat availability at the time of counselling, and the decisions of the admission authorities (MCC Deemed, KEA, COMEDK, state authorities). Any indicative cutoffs, fees or statistics shown are based on publicly available data and historical reference only.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Site and Services, you agree NOT to:

• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information in our forms;
• impersonate any other person or entity;
• attempt unauthorised access to the Site, our database or communication channels;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law;
• copy, scrape or republish Site content without prior written consent;
• send unsolicited promotional messages to contacts obtained from the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content — text, images, logos, layouts, schemas and admission guides — is the property of FindUrColleges or its content partners and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site links to college websites, government counselling portals (mcc.nic.in, kea.kar.nic.in, comedk.org), exam authorities, and third-party tools (Google Analytics, Web3Forms for form submissions, WhatsApp Business). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of these third parties. Always verify fees, eligibility and timelines on the official sources before any payment.

8. Fees, Payments & Refunds

FindUrColleges does not collect tuition or admission fees on behalf of any college — all college fees are paid directly to the institution's authorised account. Where a service fee applies, it is invoiced post-admission as agreed in writing. Service-fee refunds are processed only when no admission is secured despite eligibility, subject to a written request within 30 days of the counselling cycle close; approved refunds are processed within 15 working days. Tuition, hostel and caution-deposit refunds are governed by the institution's own policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep cutoffs, fees and timelines accurate but do not warrant their accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Always confirm with the college before relying on data shown here.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindUrColleges, its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability, where applicable, is limited to the service fee actually paid by you (if any) in the relevant counselling cycle.

11. Privacy

Use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your data under the DPDP Act 2023.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes are notified by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
