Core documents
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and score/rank document.
- Class 10 certificate for date of birth.
- Class 12 marksheet and pass certificate.
- Government photo ID and recent photographs.
- Provisional allotment letter when issued.
Conditional documents
- Category/EWS certificate in the prescribed format and validity period.
- Domicile, study or nativity evidence for state claims.
- PwD certificate from an authorised centre where applicable.
- NRI relationship, sponsor, embassy/consular and financial documents exactly as notified.
- Migration, transfer, conduct and medical fitness certificates for college reporting.
Avoid preventable rejection
Names, date of birth and category must match across records. Keep originals, legible scans and multiple copies. An affidavit cannot automatically cure a missing mandatory certificate unless the bulletin expressly permits it.
Final verification rule
MCC and state bulletins can change formats and deadlines. Download the bulletin from the authority domain on the day you prepare the file and save a copy.
