NTA has released the NEET UG 2026 scorecard. Download it only from the official portal, verify every field, and use your All India Rank—not an unofficial marks promise—for counselling choices.

Accuracy note: This page confirms only the official scorecard release date and process. It does not publish an unverified topper list, category cutoff, college cutoff or admission guarantee.

What happens after the NEET result?

MCC conducts counselling for All India Quota, central institutions and deemed universities under its notified rules. State authorities run their respective state counselling. Registration dates, seat matrices, fee notices and eligibility conditions must be checked on the live authority portal before choice filling.

Start with the AIQ versus state quota guide, the 2026 counselling document checklist, and the seat-matrix verification guide.

OBC / SC PwBD40th to below 45th percentile193-177
ST PwBD40th to below 45th percentile191-177

These are qualifying ranges, not admission cutoffs. College admission depends on closing AIR by college, quota, category and counselling round.

Official result totals: 22,79,743 registered; 19,99,895 appeared; 11,21,185 qualified; highest score 715/720.

Do marks alone decide a college?

No. A realistic choice list needs AIR, category, domicile, eligible quota, budget and the current round's seat matrix. Previous closing ranks can inform planning, but they are not a guarantee for 2026.
